Villa Nena
Villa Nena is a hideaway in a private estate of 4.000 sq. m. in the heart of the Corfiot Riviera. The villa is an architectural jewel, overlooking Kalami Bay, perfectly integrated in the natural landscape. It is just above the famous White House, where the famous writer Lawrence Durrell lived in 19030’s with his wife Nancy. Kalami and its ambience are vividly described in his book “The Prospero’s Cell” which is a bible for many lovers of the area. American writer Henry Miller a great friend of him and Gerald Durrell, his younger brother, who later became a renowed author and conservationist were regular visitors in their Kalami home.
The guest house of the villa has been transformed to 3 independent wellbeing studio-suites, completely renovated in winter of 2021.
It is a family owned villa and the guests immediately feel the warm and genuine hospitality, the love and respect for nature and heritage, the openness of the family members and the commitment to offer guests a memorable stay.
